how do you setup LDAP mail groups for Netscape and OutLook 98

I am trying to setup an LDAP server to contain our local aliases for use
with OutLook 98 and Netscape 4 clients but can't get the functionality I
would like.

Individuals work fine but I'm having problems with mail groups/lists.

Can someone explain exactly how I set up mail groups in an LDIF file?

Is it possible to have multiple mail addresses for a mail group so that
each person within the group is mailed or can you only have one mail
address but still list the names of the group members?

Is it possible from within Netscape 4 and/or OutLook 98, to see the group
members when you search the LDAP server?

Sample LDIF files would be great.

I'm using UM-LDAP 3.3 on HPUX 10.20 as the LDAP server.
