Is there a way to prevent this?

The To: is the username, Reply-To, is the list name,
Reteun-path and sender are owner name.

Jim, at least you have a sig file at the end of your messages. I, for
one, have not been able to utilize a header within the Netcom
Parameters. They are there, I just have not been able to "make it work"
for me. Any suggestions... I'll send you a Sands hotel coffee mug
from here in Las Vegas if you can assist me in getting a header under my
messages. No joke!! It says "Sands-Las Vegas" on it.
