I am unable to connect to web mail pop server - eudoramail.com

My ISP Times Warner RoadRunner was unable to ping
eudoramail.com 209.185.123.45
& 216.33.228.130
Destination net unreachable

Emailed eudoramail support twice but no solution.

Has anybody else been experiencing this problem

Thanks

Hi!
I have the same problem, and I have no idea why. I can go to the
eudoramail.com site and see my mail that way, but it doesn't come to me
like it did just a few days ago.
In general, I have had pretty poor service from Eudoramail in general,
which is why I got a domain name for email purposes...I just keep the
Eudoramail.com address for odd things here and there.
Wish I had an answer, but my guess is it's something at Eudoramail. As I
say--they have let me down before (like being down for days, hard to being
up, etc-as well as not answering tech support questions).

Good luck!

Ja,
I have been having the same problem since 27JUN.
I can get in by web OK but not by POP3.
I can get to other external to my ISP POP3 servers,
so the port is not blocked.
I can resolve the DNS to IP, so no problem there.
If I try to tracert to eudoramail.com I get
24 * * 216.33.225.82 reports: Destination net unreachable.

As Caroline has said support is not good.
I have had a log KMM14321253V13801L0KM in with eudoramail support
for a week and have had nothing but the auto reply.
I don't know if they care or not, but I am really starting to
look into alternatives.

Stuart.
