spam analysis tools

hi,

i'm trying to find a tool that will use spamassassin latest engine and
will generate a spam analysis report like sawin32 used to. (from what
i understand sawin32 is a terminated project?)

i tried using spamaware and although it uses the latest spamassassin
it only gives the score and not the report analysis.

i've also tried using spamassassin in command prompt but was still
unable to generate the report for an email message. what format do i
need to save the message as? do i need to get the original and save it
as a plain text or save the eml or msg file and run the spamassassin
on it?

any help will be appreciated,
