You named the actual d/l "extraheaders.zip" -- not
ExtraHeaders.zip, as indicated in your HTML; it's
case-sensitive. It's coming up 404. ;-)

Maybe I'm an idiot, but I can't get this one to work.

I've copied the dll to my Eudora Plugins directory.
When I go to customize my buttonbar, it's not there
under "Plugins".

On the menu bar, I looked under Special > Message
Plugins. I see your icon and "About Extra Headers
Plugin", but when I click it all I get is your credits
box -- no option for settings. When I click Settings,
I get your credits box, again.

When I create a new message, a small icon is available
in the message menu bar, called Plugin Selection. When
I click it, I see "Add extra headers". I've checked
that. *Now* what do I do? I can't find the dialog box
you show on your home page for this plugin.

I've closed Eudora and restarted it. Do I need to
reboot my computer?

P.S. I'm using Eudora 6.0.1.1, in paid mode. My pc
runs Win98.

Thanks.

Just hit "Send". The dialog that will pop up, is the dialog from the web
site.

If you are still having problems, let me know.

Ah. Okay. Found it. Thanks.

If I want to delete the extra headers that appear in
the drop-down list, do I just edit the
EXTRAHEADERS.INI file that was created in my Windows
directory?

Just a suggestion... This plugin wasn't as obvious as
your others to run. Perhaps you should include a
readme.txt file with it.

Thanks, again.

Looks interesting.

What extra headers might I want to add to my outgoing emails?

Anyone?

Meirman

If emailing, please let me know whether
or not you are posting the same letter.

Change domain to erols.com, if necessary.

Probably an easy way to add a 'Send To' header on a case by case basis,
which I have no use for at this time.

Meow.

(Only long-time usenetters will know what this means.)

P.S. There is no meow cabal.

I add headers like the ones in this usenet article. It gives folk a link
to PGP info without cluttering up the sig. Since PGP folk tend to be
extra-technical anyway, they seem to know where the x-headers are.

I'm long-time, but I don't know what it could mean that is exclusive
to the internet. If you mean I was being catty, I wasn't. Asking
questions is how I learn.
