"Gibberish" with the header? Do you mean you get a bunch of headers in the
message that you don't want to see in the message window? If so, use the
Taboo-headers setting to exclude those headers from the ones viewed when
you aren't using the blah blah blah message. Or do you mean that there are
a bunch of headers displaying in the body of the message insteady of in
the headers section? If that's the case, there is something broken about
the message's headers and there isn't much you can do about it at your
end.

I don't see any code there. I see a bunch of headers with a background
picture.

Use the TabooHeaders parm to only display what you want.
Try:
How To Keep All Headers Except TO, CC, FROM, REPLY-TO, DATE,
and SUBJECT From Showing
http://wso.williams.edu/~eudora/eudora-taboo-headers.html
Note:
You *may* need to turn off the preview pane.
-OR-
Use PreviewHeaders in a similar manner.

With Eudora closed, copy and paste this into the
[Settings] section of the eudora.ini
It will replace your current list.
TabooHeaders=X-UID,Received,Status,X-UIDL,Message,In-Reply,X-Priority,Mime-Version,Content-,X-Persona,Resent-Message,References,Return,X400,X-400,Mail-System,Errors-To,X-List,Delivery,Disposition,X-Juno,Precedence,X-Attachments,X-MSMail,X-MimeOLE,X-Nav,X-FID,X-FVER,X-FIT,X-FCOL,X-FCAT,X-FDIS,X-BG,X-BGT,X-BGC,X-BGPX,X-BGPY,X-ASN,X-ASN,X-ASH,X-ASHF,X-AN,X-ANF,X-AP,X-APF,X-AD,X-ADF,X-AUTO,X-TMRK,X-CNT,X-Extensions,X-Sender,X-Originating-IP,X-eGroups-Return,X-Yahoo-Profile,Approved-By,Delivered-To,X-Mailer,X-OriginalArrivalTime,Mailing-List,List-Unsubscribe,X-WebTV-Signature,Importance,Reply-To,Sender
and your problems will be solved.
good luck,

No, you can't make Eudora delete headers from received messages. You can
make it hide them though, which is what the settings already mentioned do.
They'll still be in the message, you'll just have to tell Eudora to show
the full headers if you want to see them.
