How the heck to you decode THIS?! I've tried loading it with Netscape
3.0, as well as the Eudora Lite that I originally got the message with,
but this is what it looks like regardless of what I've tried.
Can anyone help?

That is UUencoded which eudora doesn't understand. Save the message
as filename.uue and get a stand alone decoder such as Wincode. Get it
from www.global2000.net, Tucows has it also.

I got the same error message, but clicked OK, and Wordpad fired up (I
have that associated with .txt files). All this file says is
<<Iomega Technical Support
Automated Email Response Syst>>
I don't know why Agent gives the error message, then fires up the
appropriate helper app.
