Redirecting Messages Via Filters

Is there a way to change the From field when redirecting message via
filters.

Here is what I get now when :

To: som...@somewhere.com
From: Roger MacRae <roge...@mindspring.com> (Simple List
<simpl...@simplelist.com)

everything else is fine

I would like it to look like this:

To: som...@somewhere.com
From: Simple List <simpl...@simplelist.com>


Is there anyway to do what I want?
