With an IMAP account, I want to see new mail in any subfolder without having
to synchronize every folder, not only in the main INBOX. Is that possible
and how do I do that?

It's easy, just use almost any IMAP client other then Eudora. Eudora
doesn't support this at the moment, one of two reasons I don't use it
full time.

Do you have any suggestions, other than Outlook?
I now use Mulberry, but that has some other shortcomings.
Actually Outlook is the only good email-client I have seen sofar, but I
refuse to use it, because of the security risks.

I use Netscape's IMAP client, I find it's rather decent (Far from
perfect, but liveable), and my own (IMAP comparable) webmail server.
I've yet to find a liveable IMAP client.

On my webserver I use Squirrelmail, which is very nice.
Only thing I miss right now is the possibility to use multiple identities,
but they're working on that, they told me.
What webclient do you use?

WorldClient. Not the released one though, something about a billion
times better. Unfortunately, the project has been discontinued and will
never been formally released.
