Filtering Spam using Eudora

I seem to be lost at this section. Could naybody please tell
me where to find this in the filters options???

8. The next action should be REPLY WITH. When the STATIONARY list
comes up, chose SPAM.
This will automatically queue the SPAM message and send it to the
SPAMMER the next time Queued mail is sent. It will have:
UNSOLICITED EMAIL ADVERTISEMENT (was RE:
_spammers_original_subject_here)
in the subject, the body of the spammer's email, and then your the
text of your "don't spam me" stationary
