I don't think TB has an _automatic_ way of _looking up_ server details;
however, it has the details for many common ISPs built into it. (These
of course go out of date; if you use an older version of TB and the ISP
has changed their server details - names _or_ protocols - you'll have to
set them up manually and _not_ accept what it suggests.)
