The general form of your POP account is user...@POP3.server.host.name. So
your POP3 server host name is pop3.qsssolutions.com, what is your username
for that account? My first guess would be jdbuys; if that's correct then
your POP3 account would be jdb...@pop3.qsssolutions.com.

If that doesn't work, contact your ISP, who should certainly know what your
POP account is.

Many mail servers require an address such as: mail.domain.com. Perhaps you can
phone your ISP for help and advice? Good luck finding your solution. :)

Contacting your ISP is the most certain solution. However, the POP
ACCOUNT is likely to be your login name (usually, your email name
without the domain part -- everything to the left of the @ sign in
your email address). You also need to have the pop server name as
well, which is put in the area for that.

If that doesn't work, your ISP is sure to know what it uses for the
POP ACCOUNT entry.

Oops. Correction -- it should be your login name, followed by the
pop server, with an @ sign in between. However -- your ISP may do
things differently, and they certainly have the best chance to know
what to do.
