I have managed to build a plugin which works on the message
as it is getting transmitted - but I have to explicitly
turn on the translation in every message that is
created...
Any info on how to create a plug in which will
be automatically enabled for each new message?

the problem was not code - I totally forgot that I had to
enable the plug in the message itself)
