Over 15 years of Eudora use, mis-use and mistakes I've managed to
collect tens of thousands of emails. They're mostly sorted into
appropriate mailboxes, zealously backed-up and used not so
infrequently.
But over the years, often from the use of "not quite right" filters,
many messages have been copied and saved eventually to finish up in
the same mailboxes as their originals. As storage has become more
available and searching much faster, I've probably become too
complacent, but I really DO need to try to do something to clean up
the mess before someone else has to inherit it!
Does anyone have experience of a procedure to identify and remove
duplicated messages in Eudora mailboxes?
Thanks, in anticipation of a host of simple solutions!
Eric
