when sending a new message and one types in the first
letter of the recipient, an alphabetized pop-up window comes up with that
starting letter and allows you to highlight the one you want and not having
to type it in.

example: new message starts with s

pop-up window would show

sa...@xxx.com
s...@xxx.com
s...@xxx.com

etc. etc..

so if i were writing sid then i click his name and his
address goes in automatically... very nice feature

NOW HERE IS THE PROBLEM:

how does one remove a bogus address from this pop-up
window which may have at one time been sent in error -

ie:, instead of sam i may have typed in san
(when i typed in the e-mail rather than choose
from the window)

now when i type in s i get

s...@xx.com (followed by)
s...@xx.com

this makes it easier to repeat the error and this is
exactly what i did

even after erasing all e-mails with the san address
the pop-up window still shows it!!!

SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE TO ME...

In article <R8Ye8.583$_M2.8...@typhoon.atl.ipsvc.net>,
nub...@cris.com says...
The solution is simple. You can use the arrow keys to scroll to
the name you want to delete, then hit "delete" and you're done.
