More EMSAPI questions / problems...

I've posted before about the apparent inablity of having
EMSF_Q4_TRANSMISSION messages automatically enabled.
So far it looks like this might still be the case, and if so,
we have a problem which might stop us from writing a usable
plug-in... (in our case the user would have to manually
select a setting for each e-mail sent - something we'd rather
avoid)

There also seems to be little information about the
EMST_PREPROCESS translator type or when it is used...

Is there any other info available apart from the
August 20, 1996 EMSAPI Spec ?

There is the EMS API Developer's Manual, version 2, at:

It doesn't have a date, so I don't know if it's the same thing you have or
