I've used two different backups of Eudora, from times when it was known
to be working, and the problem persists. This means that it's not caused
by a behind-the-scene change in the executable. Also, no users on the
machine can send mail, so its not in the settings (preferences).
Therefore, it's a problem with the files. I've checked for myself and I
have Read and Write permission down through the folder nest to Out
(mailbox) and Out.toc. This is all familiar, but I can't remember what I
did to fix it before.
