You need to connect to your desktop. Eudora Light for Newton operates in
conjunction with Eudora for the desktop.

The blurb describing Eudora for Newton makes it sound as if I need to
connect to either a PC or a MAc in order to use the product.
I'd like to be able to dial from my Newton into my UNIX supplier
(Ultranet) from wherever I happen to be. My provider supports Eudora
and, I assume, POP3. Can I do this or do I really need to connect to my
Mac before I can use Eudora from my Newton??
Thanks/Joe

LunaMail for Newton can dialup POP3 servers under the right conditions.
Might be an alternative to Eudora/Newton for you.
