I have some recently received messages in my Eudora IN box that I could
read OK when they first arrived, but now appear as HTML code, full of
HTML markup.

Could this have something to do with my having recently "upgraded" to
6.2.4 (from (6.2.2 as best I remember)?

Is there a preference I should re-set? (What pane? I don't see a "Read
messages" pane)

Or a .plist file I should delete and rebuild?

Somewhere I can go to download immediately previous version, and
"downgrade" back to it?

MacBook, OS 10.4.11.

Thanks for any help.

It shouldn't, especially if you are using the same 'Eudora Folder' with
the same Settings file.

I always start Eudora, not by firing up the application file but by
double clicking the Settings file. When I upgraded from Eudora 6.0 to
6.2.4, nothing changed at all (also on 10.4.11, but it also works the
same on 10.5.7).

What happens if you click on the Blah-Blah-Blah button?

If anywhere it would be in 'Fonts and display', but I don't see anything
like that... If you can find your original Eudora Folder and start from
that, you should recover whatever were your original settings.
