Game was from the early 80s, 84-88 range.
You explored a dungeon trying to find a black orb. It was way down, and you
usually found a similar object first, only to find as you tried to escape
that what you thought was the orb you wanted, was in fact just a hard black
plastic ball.
Also, when you picked your character, you could choose the usual dungeon
type things, fighter, thief, wizard, etc...or "jones"
You had to carry food with you too, you found it in the dungeon. As you went
deeper, the maze of the dongeon started out several squares wide, and got
tighter, until by the bottom level (where the real orb is) there was only
one way in or out.
If you found the orb, i think I recall Death would then chase you all the
way out.
Please post if anyone remembers this< I'd just like to find the name so i
can search for an old copy of it.
