How to convert DesignCad .dc2 files to GDSII files?

I'm doing a semiconductor device desgin with DesignCad by
American Small Business. However, I need to deliver the design
files to an outside foundry in GDS II format. Anyone know
how to convert the file? DesignCad's .dc2 can be converted
to AutoCad .dxf files. Can AutoCad convert .dxf files to GDS II?

Dear Yuan,
We have a translator that will convert DXFfiles from Design CAD
to GDSII stream. The translator is fairly costly - $3500 but we
also can do the transaltion as a service- the cost is about $75
per job. Please contact me directly for details on either
the software or the service.
AutoCAD cannot read or write GDSII stream.
