Witch CAD to draw simple Machanical parts?

Hello,

Until yet I made my drawing with Micrografx Designer.
I don't need a very complex CAD to draw mechanical parts. But like to have the possibility to draw in 2&3D.
I made many search with Goggle or Yahoo. At last I find TurboCAD Deluxe 17. Before I buy it, I like to know if I should test another CAD Software?
I also don't wont pay more then 200$
