Hi

I'm trying to find out if an IBM Thinkpad X22 can take any 2.5" hard disk.
Or does it have to be an IBM brand?

Thanks.

Any brand and any capacity up to and including the latest 100GB. The only
limitation is that it must be no thicker than 9.5mm.
