The ready-for-use routine is to print to PDF file and you can later
print the PDF file as usual.
Printing utilities of PNG files directly to printer is not available
yet in xHarbour (IIRC)

xHarbour has FREEIMAGE interface. I don't know if this library has
facility to print graphic files to printer. Would be worth to take a
look.

You could add the image file name in a SRC attribute of an image in a HTML file, and invoke the default browser to print it.
