All operate in the same way as

destination_reg <= source_reg SRL <integer> ;
e.g.
switch_cntrl_reg <= switch_cntrl_reg SRL 1 ;
If you just give negative integers, you get the reverse!

I guess at also important to note that all of those operators are only
available in VHDL-93 and not VHDL-87. (Those and xnor) What a bummer.
