You may take a look at section 3 of the FAQ
(part 1, http://www.vhdl.org/comp.lang.vhdl/). It lists some
VHDL resources (tutorials, models, ...) available on the
web. Further, section 4.9 "Frequently Requested Models/Packages"
might be interesting for you too...
