What are the different methods to prove that
the core is silicon proven?

I would like to know the significance of the term
silicon proven core.

Also what are the different methods to
achieve that?

Hi,

Normally, "silicon proven" means that it has already been used in
an actual design, i.e. a design has been processed and found to
behave as expected.

So the only "method to achieve that" is to complete a design including
a specific core you're interested in - and HAVE IT PROCESSED !
