ANNOUNCE: gpv-0.1

Hi all! This is to announce the availability of gpv.

Gpv is an image viewer with processing capabilities.
It uses Pacco to get all the image processing support
and it is coded entirely in TCL.
Some of the possible operations are:
changing brightness, contrast, sharpness, saturation
flipping, inverting, embossing (with selectable angle) images
mixing two images or placing one into another

Gpv can be fetched at
