PocketPC installing tcl-Script

Hello,

i have an PocketPC connectet to an Win-PC via 'ActiveSync'

Does anybody know how to 'install' a tcl-Script to the Pocket-PC so
that it shows up in the Windows 'Start'-Menü

(i could do it by copying the script to /Windows/Startmenü - but this i would have to do on the PocketPC by hand. -
I would like to have something like an auto-install-script/programm )

Any ideas?
