Error in msgcat documentation

Hello,

I've found a mistake in the manual page for msgcat. The line that
reads

::msgcat::mcset es "Free Beer!" "Cerveza Gracias!"

should instead be:

::msgcat::mcset es "Free Beer!" "¡Cerveza Gratis!"

Which is functionally equivalent but much more enticing. Should I fill
a bug report, or try to find an actual case of free beer first? :-D
