I'm running the grid manager remotely from another process outside TCL/tk. I wasn't succeeding and changed the code in my app to send TCL/tk error messages back to me. I got back
can't invoke button command: application has been destroyed
which is intriguing but unfamiliar. Any clue what this means?

OK; I've figured this. It seems when I kill the WISH window and end Lisp; the
TCL process still runs in background. This then interferes with my next experiment.
I found this out by consulting the task manager which listed TCL in background.
