What/Where is Safe-Tcl?

The Safe-Tcl package needed for tkamilto is not where it is said to
be in the README (ftp.cs.berkeley.edu:/pub/tcl/sprite-mirror) unless
I should be looking for something other than a file called
"safe-tcl.tar.Z" or something like that.

Any help?

I believe that you can FTP Safe-Tcl from ftp.ics.uci.edu in the directory
mrose/safe-tcl.

How come a copy of safe-tcl is not at (or at leasted mirrored at) harbor?

I guess the same should go for the VMS, MS-DOS, and MAC ports of Tcl/Tk/etc.
