This week has been dominated by discussion of language features,
semantics, and enhancements to the core of the Tcl language.

Long debate on Tcl Arrays, data structures (continuation
from last week - long)

Concat - does it work on lists or strings? (Discussion - long)

Should we have types in Tcl (or are we losing sight of what
Tcl is about?)

Discussion of Feather and licensing structures (BSD, LGPL etc)
