ANNOUNCE: AniGif 1.3 (Animated Gif Support for Tcl/Tk)

A demo script is provided. Download is < 18k with example images and script.

Please note that AniGif may not read compressed or interlaced gifs properly.
Use gifsicle to uncompress gifs.
AniGif does not support the 'Restore to Previous' disposal option at this
time. It uses 'Restore to Background' in this instance per recommendations
in the GIF89a specification for programs that do not support 'Restore to
Previous'.
