ANN: lipsumcolor 1.1 - with font chooser

Lipsumcolor can now associate a specific font to each part of the screen.
The font chooser is based on B.Oakley's combobox,
its font list is restricted to common web fonts.

Lipsumcolor is a color and font editor, to help define color/fonts sets for pages or
widgets (background and text colors).

With it, you can
- define a color set with four different fg / bg colors and fonts
- copy / paste a color set to or from a text editor
- edit color codes with keyboard.
