ActiveState is pleased to announce the release of ActiveTcl 8.5.18.0, a
patchlevel release of the complete, ready-to-install Tcl distribution
for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Solaris, and AIX;
based on the Tcl/Tk 8.5.17 core.

Since 8.5.17 is mentioned twice in the same context: is this a typo, or
is there a specific reason why this is not based on the 8.5.*18* core?
