ANNOUNCE: TclTalk 0.3.5 (Windows compatible)

Hi Tclers!

Version 0.3.5 now has a simple syntax emphasizer and some serious bugs
were eliminated. This version was successfully tested on Windows-XP.
TclTalk now uses the scripted version of the file selection dialog, so
one can navigate the virtual file system within TclTalk's starkit,
which is heavily intended since 0.1 and worked on Linux all the time.
I haven't had a chance to test TclTalk on a Windows machine before
yesterday. So I have to beg for the excuse of all Windows users.

Perhaps someone likes to take the part of testing TclTalk on Windows
before the next release?
