No, but I'm working on servlet support for Hecl:-) Perhaps the same
thing could be adapted to Jacl if someone is interested in collaborating.

[ ... Hecl ... ]
> Looks very much like Tcl. ;)
Yes, although since it's new and no one (or very few people at least)
uses it, I'm free to change it in ways that make it incompatible with
Tcl - like adding references, making the core smaller so that it runs on
my cell phone, and so on. Jacl doesn't fit the bill in terms of
something very small, and the community seems kind of stagnant... and it
was much more fun to work on something of my own in any case. It's been
a great learning experience.
Will there ever be a Hecl.jar for mobiles that can
save scripts (perhaps in RecordStore) and offer some
basic commands for screen-i/o ?

I have most of the basic commands for lcdui done, although they aren't
documented yet:-) I'm still doing some tweaking though. The MIDP1.0
(cell phones) API kind of sucks, and there are a few things I can do a
bit better if I layer on top of it just slightly.
As far as RecordStore is concerned, I haven't tackled that one yet, but
plan to in the near future. There is only so much davidw to go around
with all these fun things to work on:-)
So... it's still very much a work in progress, but it is beginning to
work. I'm working on creating an application with it right now, infact.
