a LAN. When I run the registrar I am able to open multiple registrations
with open.reg within the same machine. If I open registration on the
second machine the registration fails with invalid argument to socket in
the command "set sock [socket $host $port]".
The open.reg.tcl looks like this:
package require Gk
_sm_initialize <-- this call produces the
error message
_pc_initialize_svc
_sm_executeprog [file join $gk_library sessionmgrs open.reg.tcl]
If I manually open a socket connection through tclsh with the machine
name and port running the registrar I get back a valid socket identifier
Any Ideas,
Panwinkler Christoph
