I noticed that the only versions available for this interesting looking tool
are for the Windows platform. Are there any plans to make it available for
Linux and/or Mac platforms?

source code was already applied support any platform.
but MyTcl was released for windows platform only.
I will release linux version asap.

Looks very nice.

Licence information is however unclear to me. Any details?

Also, is this an open source project? I could only find binary files
on the above website. Where can I read the source code?

MyTcl is not open source project.
It is freeware.

Can you at least tell in what language(s) it is written?

Thank you for the very professional ide.

I tried it and I have TortoiseSVN installed.

When trying to stop MyTCL, it complains about a running child process
"TSVNCache".
(this is a window explorer extension which displays the state of SNV
version control)
Indeed, this proces was started by MyTCL and may be stopped be the
Task manager.
The MyTCL may be stopped.
