Hi,
Is it possible to do a bandwidth monitor program with tcl. If you
don't know what I mean check out this page
http://www.idyle.com/software/internet/bandwidth-monitor/de_screenshots.html
What I need is Stats and Speed, Graph isn't necessary. I'm on
Windows98 and I've got Roadrunner 10C, PCI-bus, ADSL adapter, if you
need nfo like this...

Bandwidth Monitor -- Speed Mode
The Speed Mode of Bandwidth Monitor displays the real-time current
speed (Upload speed, Download speed and Total speed) of the interface.

Bandwidth Monitor -- Stats Mode
The Stats Mode of Bandwidth Monitor displays current statistics on the
interface, such as Downloaded Bytes, Uploaded Bytes, and Total Bytes
transmitted.

Cameron answered the Tcl side, but if you also are asking about the
UI, then Donal Fellows wrote some sample code that does the LED-style
numbers. I believe it's on the Wiki: http://wiki.tcl.tk/
