Short answer: no.
Long answer:
You can post a cancel message. Some news reader programs offer this,
others do not. (It's possible to do it manually, but, as a Usenet snob:
if your don't know how, you shouldn't be doing it.)
Of course, cancel messages are not propagated, or not honored, by some
(many?) servers, due to historical abuses. (Large scale forged cancel
message spamming. Read up on nanau and usenet history sometime.) You
may cancel your message and have it disappear from your news server (so
you, and other users of the same service, can't see it), but it may
still be present on thousands of other servers, unbeknownst to you.
That doesn't even take into account aggregators, like google news, that
are not technically nntp, and may or may not, on a case by case basis,
decide to store your message forever anyway. You'd be entirely at their
mercy as to whether they'd honor a request for removal, even if you
could find them and contact all of them.
