Hi:

Is Android still maintained as a an open source project?

I have several problems with the configure file, and the c source code
is in K & R style as opposed to ANSI which seems to be giving our
wondering HPUX compilers a problem.

Hi,

I don't know if Android is still maintained. An alternative is my
TkXext which is BSD licensed. TkXext offers the ability to record the
events from any programs that you may use with X. It also has the
ability to play them back. It's very simple ANSI-C.

While I'm not aware of anyone having compiled or used TkXext in HPUX,
I'm certainly willing to help you sort out the build.conf (used with the
Tcl build system) details for that platform.

Hello George:

I will certainly take a look at. The problem that we have is that we
need a tool that can:
1. Move a mouse to an x,y coordinate.
2. Click the left mouse button.

In our case Xrunner is not compatible to this solution because Xrunner
needs to talk to the app itself.

In my Copious Spare Time, yes.

It should be quite trivial to change the headers in android.c
to ansi standard. It is not that way by default because I got
a _lot_ more complaints about K&R than ansi standard (though I
admit that was quite some time ago and with a very different
compiler).
