anyone have annwish?

There was a tcl extension for artificial neural networks called "annwish".
The file used to exist at http://www.neuroquest.com , but it is not there
anymore. Does anyone have a copy of this they could send me at
jim...@comcast.spamsux ("spamsux" equals "net")? The author is working
on a new release but I am desparate for something I can use in my
esearch. -jim

haven't tried anything but simple examples but lens does NN in Tcl:
