tcldom and tclsoap looking for new Debian maintainer

I'm on vacation in Oregon now, and don't have a computer to work on
these with, and... I don't have time at home anymore, either. They've
been "orphaned", and probably will be pulled from Debian sooner or
later if no one steps forward and helps out.

While ActiveState and eXplain are the natural candidates, Phaseit
might be able to sponsor someone with an interest in Debian packa-
ging. Who has such a background, beside David?

ActiveState doesn't do any maintenance for Linux distributions like
that. We maintain some extensions in general, but David is looking for
someone to literally take over having it kept in the Debian distro.
