I am doing some soap services via tclsoap+tclhttpd as discussed in
http://www.gamon.org//Profession/TCL/TCL-TclHttpdWebServices.htm

However, when I do some changes inside my remote proc, the changes
does not reflect right away when I test them via tclsh. Restarting the
tclhttpd server does not help.

I am using the latest versions (not cvs though) of tclsoap & tclhttpd.

Hi Paul. I realize this is small comfort for you, but it works
correctly on my system. Perhaps you could post more details?

Hi Scott,

I found out what was causing the problem. I am using emacs as an
editor, and when i make some changes on the /cgi-bin/soap directory,
it creates a backup file with the same name, but with a ~ at the end
(for example i am editing hello.tcl, it will create hello.tcl~ as a
backup file). It looks like the backup file is also loaded or sourced
when I test my remote proc, so changes are not happening immediately.
I've erased all *~ files, and things are ok now.

I've recorded this as a bug. We'll try to avoid this in future.
