ANNOUNCE: inmemvfs: in-memory virtual file system

inmemvfs.tcl implements an in-memory virtual file system. This is
useful for creating a directory hierarchy in which to store small files
and mount other file systems. It is available from

http://www.eecs.umich.edu/~mckay/computer/inmemvfs.tcl

The current version is 0.1, and it requires Tcl 8.5 or later.
