I've tried many times (and have disabled my security before doing so), but although the startup dialog says I have been sent a key, it never shows up. The email address I used was jam esravan at comcast dot net .

Is it possible to get one here?

regards,
-jam

Hi Jam,

I have sent your serial number by e-mail. Please let me know if haven't
received it. The registration server sent out several e-mails to the
address you supplied, so I can only assume that they ended up in your
spam bin.

best regards

Andy,

Thanks very much. The key arrived and worked flawlessly.

Since this is not the first time I've had trouble receiving from bots, I think it's a Comcast problem/feature. Nothing arrives, not in my spam folder or elsewhere. I can understand wanting to keep spam out of my inbox, but not putting it in my Spam folder is, at times like this, a problem. I'll take the issue up with them.

regards

Hi all, i'm starting with smalltalk, and when i apply to get CE key, a popup appears with this error: "the server may be temporarily down".

do you know if i have to take care about some proxy configuration or something else.

Thanks in advance.
