Is there any documentation available to explain how to create a toolbar
please? I have explored the image and view composer and found various bits
and pieces that are obviously relevant, but I lack any context to know what
the steps are and in what order they are done.

what I need. I see you have got the InternalIcons package integrated with
the VC in the version you used for the video. I am using version 6.1 so had
to modify the procedure slightly. If anyone else comes here looking for the
"how to" of toolbars and also has 6.1 then you need to install the
InternalIcons package and read the notes that come with that package in
order to see how to adapt the procedure to create the InternalIcon.

IMHO, you should do a ton of these videos showing different aspects of your
product, it is good stuff.
