Development Project in Forth -- Help us find Software/Firmware Developers, Consultants for Exciting Projects

I'm hoping to generate some suggestions on finding qualified Forth
Developers in the LA or surrounding areas for our projects.
We are seeking Forth Developers who are looking for part time projects,
consulting positions, or even full time opportunities?
We outsource various projects and are currently looking for individuals
who have experience with the Forth Programming language, and are
comfortable working with complex/multiplexed embedded communications
systems utilizing many communication interfaces (USB, UART, SPI, I2C,
IrDA, etc) for various projects.
Most of our clients need consultants with expertise in these various
areas. You don't necessarily need experience in all of the following,
but please let us know which areas you do have experience with, and at
what level:
1) Understanding of MCU architecture, and experience with custom
assemblers, C and Forth compilers, Linker and librarian tools for very
compact code development.
2) Forth Language and Development Environment
3) Forth SwiftX Embedded Development Studio
4) Experience with analog/digital circuits and embedded microcontroller
hardware design, assembly code and embedded development systems.
5) Communication interfaces and protocols such as (USB, RS232,
Parallel, I2C, SPI, Hays AT)
6) Ability to find quick and efficient solutions to complex problems
7) Can work quickly, and outside the office for clients
8) Hands-on experience in designing, prototyping and troubleshooting
analog and digital electronic circuits is a big plus.
9) Knowledge of various Cellular Phone interface protocols is a big
plus (OBEX, Nokia FBUS, Hays AT, CDMA)
